The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products (Life, P&C, Health, etc.) and workflows, and be skilled in designing user experiences across customer journeys such as quote & buy, policy management, claims filing, billing, and self-service.Bachelor s or Master s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related field.6+ years of experience in UX design/architecture with at least 2 3 years in the insurance or financial services industry.
