As an Management and Program Analyst , you will conduct and lead diverse and unique projects to improve the performance of the District's subordinate Field Offices and to balance and equitably distribute the workload in those Field Offices.

Requirements:

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 12/15/2025.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 12/15/2025.
GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:

• Conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive operating systems and/or programs that required applying knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.
• Performing a variety of analytical studies and projects related to management improvement, productivity improvement, management controls, and long-range planning.
• Providing recommendations to parties dealing with various management levels throughout an agency or organization.
• Resolving broad and/or complex problems and issues associated with the planning, coordination, and implementation of agency programs and activities.
